Crimson Skies files

In order to assist folks, this post contains some files that may help out with the various "nocd" and "video card" issues, and also contains the Crimson Skies plane editor used back in the zone days.

The first file needed is the Nvidia nocd-fix, and once that has been installed, you can then choose to add in the 32 or 64 bit additions that help the ATI cards work.
